I provide practical advice that combines my understanding and experience with both intellectual property and regulatory law, all informed by my PhD in structural biochemistry. My graduate-level education in structural biochemistry, synthetic organic chemistry, physical chemistry, plant biochemistry and natural products chemistry provides a strong technical background for advising clients working with psychedelics and clients working in Canada’s cannabis industry in relation to both intellectual property and regulatory law. My passion for advancing and progressing maturation of Canadian and global law as it relates to psychedelics and cannabis keeps me interested, relevant and competitive.
